The whole story started 15 months ago when Robert got several requests for help from his classmates - to help with assignment, course content, preparation for seminar etc. He realized it is not effective to repeat the same things all over again as you read in the book. So, the inspiration came from KhanAcademy and the first videos was created.

 

The story continued 7 months ago, when MeanThat videos have been used by Dalarna University as course content. The issue was that it still was only about the content - videos. So we tried another form of content - text. This spawned our project of the Webpage "OneNighter" and is also where Björn came into the picture. Together we transcribed the whole course literature and summarised it online, this allowed our fellow students to go through the text more efficiently.

 

We still felt like it is missing one element - the platform. What you see now, is a next step in the evolution of the MeanThat project. The platform is designed for a pure efficiency while learning Organizational Behavior. Enjoy.
