As we are moving to new field it is important to point out basic differences between products that we want to sell and their aspects in business life!

Transactional Selling vs. Relationship Marketing

There are big differences between simple transactional selling when don´t expect your customer to come back and relationship marketing when you try to build some loyalty values!

Micro-Marketing Approach

Now we are getting to some hard theories so let´s slowly go through slight differences that are in these concepts, especially in case of perspective!

Inter-Organizational Approach

Due to this theory, everything is about the ability to develop and manage relationships. Hence we build very nice model to make it easy!

Interaction Aspect

Very nice theory by HÃ¥kansson in 1982 that brings the ideas about the atmosphere that is surrounding the organization! Again a lot intuitive video!
