We begin with the basic definition and strive for what does it mean to say - we are going to make a change. Later on, we continue with 4 different levels where this change can take place!

Kurt Lewin - Force/Field Theory Of Change

This is very nice and simple model! Line showing performance of our company over time with two force streams that could possibly change it. We conclude with three different scenarios that can occur.

Let´s talk about what is out there and motivate us for change such as our competition. On the other hand, inside of our organization are some forces that resist the change such as conflict for power!
